My AVG : AVG Internet Security Business Edition 2012
1. Open AVG user interface and navigate to Firewall Settings (or Press F7)
2. On the left configuration tree, expand your profile if it haven't already (your profile in BOLD)
3. Select System services.
4. Go to Manage user system rules (a button)
5. Click the Add button.

7. Save the configuration. (Press Apply, OK)
8. Select Applications.

10. Browse to the Guild Wars 2 path and select GW2.exe
11. Application Action : Allow for all.
12. Save and close.
