[HowTo] Bypass Malaysia ISP (TMnet Streamyx) blocking File-Sharing Websites

Recently Malaysia SKMM has file a report requested Malaysia ISP TMnet Streamyx (a.k.a TmNut Screamyx/Snailmyx) to block several famous File-Sharing websites, such as www.thepiratebay.org, www.megaupload.com, www.fileserve.com and more, for the reason of "Cyber-Crime".
In case you don't aware of it, refer to the image below :


In case you face difficulties connecting to these websites, try bypass it with the following method :
1) openDNS
2) Google DNS

For Google DNS, just fire up your Network Connection (or Network and Sharing center), Adapter Settings and find your connection, open properties.
Select IPv4 and open properties, notice the DNS server address below, change the "preferred" to 8.8.8.8 and "alternate" to 8.8.4.4 or vice versa.
For the other entry, kindly press "Windows key + R" to fire up RUN, enter "cmd" without quotes, type in "ipconfig /all" without quotes in command prompt appeared, and match the values there.

After these, Disconnect your Network Connection and connect again, try go to the blocked websites again, it should be fine.
