Open Microsoft Excel Side by Side (Simultaneously)

Hi just come across this, so decided to blog it down.

Instead of opening document the normal way, try to initiate a new instance of Excel first.

You can do Start -> "type in excel" -> Open
Or at the task bar, right click and click on Excel.

Then you can click the on top-left big button and open your files or do whatever you want.
